Tubular Truss Conveyor Kits
 CONVEYOR KITS
Tubular-Frame conveyors are superior in every way to any other type  - and only Marco has manufactured tubular frame conveyors continuously since we pioneered them over 50 years ago.

Today, many thousands of conveyors around the world stand as proof that Marco tubular-truss conveyor frames last longer, reconfigure more easily, and withstand the pressures of moving and bending.

Most importantly, Marco's tubular frames are an integral part of Marco's Belt Saver™ technology, designed to preserve your conveyor's most expensive and vulnerable moving part.

Benefits of Marco Tubular-Truss Conveyors

Marco Conveyors Are Stronger
Strength Throughout The Frame
Tubular members - the most efficient structural shape for trusses - are stronger than angle frames of equal weight and depth, allowing longer spans and less deflection.

Marco Conveyors Are Easier To Assemble
Easy Erection
Unlike other brands, Marco truss sections are interchangeable, making them easier to align, assemble, replace or rearrange. Because chord flanges connect with 4 bolts, it's easy to align the joints with a draft pin.

Marco Conveyors Preserve The Life Of The Belt
Belts Last Longer
Pulley's, frames and mounts provide about 100% more side-to-side room than most brands, and are thus more forgiving of misaligned and wandering belts. Pedestal-mounted return idlers do not restrict the conveyor belt as do conventional hanger mounts.

Marco Frames Last Longer
Cleaner Frames For Longer Life
Debris can't build up on Marco's tubular frame, dramatically reducing moisture retention that corrodes metal.

Rust-Free On The Inside
Completely sealed chord ends keep moisture out.

Rust-Busting Finish On The Outside
Marco's 2-compartment urethane paints are the best available protection against tough ware and harsh chemicals. A rust-inhibiting pigment is included in the 4 mils of paint. To create the ideal surface for paint adhesion, frames pass through a high pressure stream/phosphatising chamber just before painting.

Quality Assurance Throughout
All materials meet or exceed American Institute of Steel Construction specifications for structural steel construction. All welds conform to the American Welding Society Structural Welding Code.

The Marco Advantage Extends Beyond The Frame
Marco's modular design allows the combining of 151, 361 and 601 trusses to achieve varying span abilities for different terrains and applications. Utilization of Marco modules makes the creation of a custom conveyor easy without the high cost of custom engineering services.

Standard Specifications

The pulley, shaft and bearing sizes shown below are included in Marco standard conveyor specifications. They have been selected, however, to satisfy only the typical minimum requirements in each length category. Capacities, belt speeds, inclines, and the resulting horsepowers for any given conveyor, will vary considerably. Therefore, each conveyor must be examined separately to establish the proper set of pulleys, shafts, and bearings. This correction in specifications is made at the time an exact application is prepared.
